Mandatory Requirements for Estonia Visa
- •Original and a copy of your passport - the passport must bear the holder’s signature and must be valid for a minimum of three (3) months after your intended departure from the territory of the Schengen States. The passport shall contain at least two blank pages and must have been issued within the previous 10 years.
- •UAE Residence Permit - Must be valid a minimum of three (3) months after your intended departure from the territory of the Schengen States.
- •Original letter from the local sponsor (NOC) - Must provide an original NOC or a No Objection Certificate from your company signed by the authorized representative and must be printed in the original company letter head with a wet company stamp. There are many types of NOC depending on the type of your UAE residence sponsorship. Templates are available in our Office.
- •Photograph - Must provide one (1) recent passport size photos with a white background. Photography is available in our Office.
- •Original Personal Bank Account Statements - Must provide original personal bank account statements with salary income for the last three (3) months, signed and stamped by the bank, showing traceable and sufficient financial means.
- •Yourself - The visa applicant must personally appear at the Visa Application Centre to submit the original documents and complete the biometric process. Please note that there is no interview conducted at the Visa Application Centre. The centre is only authorized to accept and transmit the applicant’s documents to the Consulate/Embassy for processing.
Extra Supporting Documents: Depending on your individual circumstances, additional supporting documents may be required for your visa application.
