Agreement & Policies
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with our services.
Visa Services
- To proceed with the processing of your application, we kindly require full payment to be settled in advance.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, except in circumstances where we are unable to provide the agreed appointment date.
- Visa approval remains the sole prerogative of the respective Embassy or Visa Officer. While OOTD Travel and Tourism LLC will provide assistance throughout the application process, we do not guarantee visa approval and shall not be held liable for any visa refusal, rejection, delay, or decision made by the issuing authority.
Airlines - Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation - As per Airlines Policy
- Rebooking - Depending on the airline's policy, but change fee and fare difference may apply.
- No Show - Fares and all other fees are forfeited or considered flown.
Refund Policy
- VISA ASSISTANCE: Refund can be done maximum 15 days from the date of request.
- AIRLINES: Refund can be done maximum of 30 days from the date of request, or if our Agency received the refund from the Airlines already.
- HOTEL: Refund can be done maximum of 30 days from the date of request, or if our Agency received the refund from the hotel already.
